Day 132 - Wrapped up the week on a high note

I had a pretty good Friday today. Food was good all day and I got some time in the yard tonight, so I got a workout in. Really was a great day, but now it's late, so I gotta cut this short.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Special K bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- None



Supper:
- Pork chop
- Potatoe
- Corn
- Milk



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X2)



Workout:
- Hour and a half of heavy yard work
