Day 71 - Wonderful father's day today

It wasn't a great day health-wise, but I had a great father's day non-the-less. Family was around and I got a very cute picture frame from my 2 year old... too cute. This morning I went out to breakfast with my Dad, which was awesome, although you know how those diner breakfasts can be :-) I did avoid the truckers breakfast and just has a breakfast sandwich, so I guess that's one of the better choices I could have made (mini victory?). For dinner I had mussels for an appetizer and back ribs for a main. Not exactly part of my diet, but very delicious. In sticking with my portion control strategy, I only had a 1/2 rack of ribs. I did however enjoy a dessert that my mother brought with her. After all that food, I didn't get any workout in today, but I'll be back on the treadmill tomorrow to try and work some of today's food off.

I had a really great week this past week, but a pretty bad day today, so I'm not sure what to expect at tomorrow's weigh-in. I'm hoping for a few pounds off, but we'll see.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Small bowl of cereal
- Coffee



Early lunch:
- Sausage breakfast sandwich
- Grilled potatoes
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Afternoon snack:
- Banana



Supper:
- Mussels in wine & tomatoe sauce
- BBQed back ribs (1/2 rack)
- Cornbread
- Potatoe
- White wine
- Water
- Cheese cake
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X3)



Workout:
- None
