My weigh in this morning wasn't half bad. I'm down to 280.4, which is a loss of 2.2 pounds. That's not great, but after such a bad weekend, I'm glad to see a loss at all. I had a great week last week in terms of workouts, so perhaps my workouts offset my bad Fri, Sat, Sun food.
On a sidenote, I have now lost over 10% of my original body weight. That had been a goal of mine and I've now killed it. I haven't thought of a non-food related reward for reaching that goal, but that's OK. I'm just thrilled to have gotten there. I guess my next major goal would be to bread 250, which is just about another 30 pound loss. Wish me luck :-)
