Day 59 - Good day food wise, but not workout

I didn't get a workout in today. No excuse other than I just had a lazy evening in front of the TV. Fortunately I did have a good food day today. Good meals with good portion control and no snacking, so not too shabby if I say so myself :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Tangerine
- Yogurt cup
- Water
- Special K mocha bar



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- BBQed pork tenderloin
- BBQed potatoes
- Carrots
- French bread
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candies (X3)



Workout:
- none
