Day 60 - Great workout... and good food too

Today was one of those days where everything seemed to just fall in place. My food was good all day with no overeating or snacking and I had an incredible workout tonight. I walked/jogged 2.5 miles with 16 minutes of jogging, which burned 500+ calories. If only every day could work out like today did :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Tangerine
- Yogurt cup
- Water
- Special K mocha bar



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Pulled chicken thighs
- Rice
- Corn
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candies (X3)



Workout:
- 2.5 mile walk jog with 16 minutes of jogging (500+ calories)
