Day 61 - Good food, but no workout again

I had planned on doing some strength training exercises tonight, but my wife ended up going in town so I was home watching a crying baby. By the time she got home, the only thing I wanted to do was sit in front of a TV. I know, I know... it sounds like an excuse to me too, but there it is. :-) Fortunately, I did have some good meals today and again no snacking.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Pulled chicken thighs
- Rice
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water
- Special K mocha bar



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Pulled chicken thigh sandwhich
- Rice
- Corn
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candies (X4)



Workout:
- none
