Day 57 - Some good news and some bad news

Well, the bad news first. I had another 4 cookies today. I tried to control myself, but with company here and enjoying the cookies, I just had to partake myself. Oh well, they're almost gone now... so the tempation will be gone soon.

The good news is that I had a great run tonight. I decided to hop on the treadmill while the hockey game was on tonight and I got a 2 mile walk/jog in with 10 minutes of jogging. Burned 400+ calories and felt great afterwards. My best run since getting back on the treadmill a few months ago. Guess that'll take care of one or two of those cookies :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Beef soup
- Soda crackers
- Water
- Chocolate chip cookie (X2)



Afternoon snack:
- Fresh baked french bread
- Coffee



Supper:
- Chicken & pepper pizza
- Diet coke
- Chocolate chip cookie (X2)



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candies (X2)



Workout:
- 2 mile walk/jog

  1. I think the good news overrides the bad news in this case. Of course, it would have been better without the bad. :-)
