Day 54 - Good food, but no run again

I ended up working late tonight and just got home, so I didn't get any exercise in today. I did however have another minor victory. Given that I was in town for dinner, I'd typically hit a fast food joint for a double burger and fries. I instead decided to go to a sandwich shop and had a ham & cheese with a milk. I was pretty happy with that choice... I guess they all add up in the end :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart ones frozen dinner
- Tangerine
- Special K fruit crisp
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Ham & cheese on a begal
- Chocolate milk



Evening Snack:
- Water
- 2 hard candies



Workout:
- none
