Day 166 - Finally, some exercise... horray

Not an overly great food day today, however, I did get in some great exercise. I was on a kayaking trip today and did about 3 hours of sea kayaking. It was a beatiful day and the trip was awesome. I'm thinking that my shoulders may be a bit sore tomorrow, but definitely worth it.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Peanut butter sandwich
- Special K bar
- Apple
- Cheese & crackers
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Cookie
- Coffee



Supper:
- Chicken thighs (X4) with maple glaze
- Apple and cheese rice
- Diet coke
- Banana



Evening Snack:
- Coffee



Workout:
- Several hours of sea kayaking
