Day 158 - Decent day today

Today was a pretty good food day, but no workout to speak of. So it was just an OK day today. Nothing else to update... so just a quick post.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Spaghetti with meat sauce
- Garlic bread
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Fish sticks
- Carrots
- Rice
- Water
- Pancake



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
