Day 170 - Good start to the week

I had a pretty good day today, food wise. My only complaint would be that my portion size was a bit too big at dinner time. A peice or two of garlic bread too many. I've really got to focus on that when we have pasta (which is all too often) as I find it's very easy to over do it.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Pasta with meat sauce
- Garlic bread with cheese
- Cactus cut potatoes
- Milk
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
