Day 153 - Another 'just OK' day... again

Well, it hasn't been a stellar week by any stretch of the imagination. Food has been somewhat mediocre and I haven't gotten the motivation to get back on a workout plan yet. Today fit right into that mold. No workout and OK food.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with berries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Frozen pizza (2 slices)
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Chicken chili with cheese
- Rolls (X3)
- Milk
- Coffee
- Pudding cup



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
