Day 150 - Comparison photos... wow

It doesn't really matter that today was just a mediocre day because my wife slapped some photos from my blog together to produce these comparison photos, which made today a great day. I'm very excited to see how far I've come. I've still got a ways to go, but wow, what a difference





Here's how the day did break down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Cantaloupe
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Kraft dinner
- Grilled cheese sandwich
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Water



Supper:
- Pulled chicken thigh sandwich with BBQ sauce and coleslaw
- Rice
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X3)



Workout:
- None
