Day 154 - Darn these weekend struggles

Man, I have a hard time staying on track on weekends. Today we hit the market and had some great eats, unfortunately they weren't the healthiest of choices. And tonight I got bit by the snackies. So, add that all up and it definitely wasn't a stellar day today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with mixed berries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Buffalo sausage
- Pad Tai
- Mini donuts (X4)



Afternoon snack:
- Swiss cheese
- Coffee



Supper:
- Chicken chili
- Roll
- Corn
- Potatoe
- Diet coke
- Coffee
- Pudding cup



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke
- Whole wheat nacho chips
- Brie w/ jam on a bagguette



Workout:
- None

  1. For me ( and most people) the weekends are the hardest. SO I plan for them. I know Saturday I eat lunch out with my Mom. I do stay on plan, but it is always more than I would eat at home. Then lunch out on Sunday but we eat a healthier dinner. The rest of the week is easier for me if I know I can have a little wiggle room on the weekend. :) Hope the rest of your weekend is a good one! :)

  2. It sounds like many of us have the same problem. I have always been able to make it through Saturday okay, but I drop the ball on Sunday, which then takes me all week to recover. Ughh!
