Day 152 - Another 'just OK' day

Today was another day where things didn't seem bad, but didn't seem great either. No workout today and my food was just OK, so all in all a pretty blah day.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Steak
- Potatoes
- Corn
- Ceasar salad
- Diet coke
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
