Day 151 - Meh day today

Not really a great day today. I had to come home from work early to watch the kids as my wife came down with a flu last night. So dinner was a quick pizza in the oven, so obviously not great. Also, not yet on the treadmill, so no workout either. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Pulled BBQ chicken thigh on rice
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- None



Supper:
- Frozen pepperoni pizza (5 peices)
- Diet coke
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water



Workout:
- None
