Day 146 - Bad day today

This is supposed to be the last day of our heat wave as hurricane Earl is supposed to make an appearance tomorrow. So it's been a pretty rough week all around, but today was the worst yet. Of course there was no workout to speak of, but I also had a bad day food wise. After a few bad days in the office this week I had an urge to let loose a bit tonight so I snacked on some high calorie foods. I also had fast food for dinner. So it was a rough food day all around. Hopefully I can keep things together a bit better for the rest of the weekend.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Bear claw pastry
- Orange juice



Lunch:
- Cheese quesadilla
- Vegetable beef soup
- Diet coke



Afternoon snack:
- Orange



Supper:
- Double cheese burger
- Onion rings
- Diet coke
- Butterscotch pudding
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke (X2)
- Gingerale
- Individual chocolate cake (1/2)
- Individual turtle tart (1/2)
- Baked cheetos (1/2 large bag)



Workout:
- None


Wow, after typing that entire evening snack out it seems a bit rediculous. And to tell you the truth, tonight would have been a good night in comparison to what I used to eat in the evenings. No wonder I've gotten as big as I have. Evening snacking has got to be the #1 reason I've struggled with my weight, so I'm going to try to get back on board tomorrow and cut out this crazy snacking again.

  1. If I had those foods in my house I think my daily food journal would look the same too. lol Don't beat yourself up- today is a new day, move forward! :)
