Day 228 - Feeling better, but not a great day

I got a solid 11 hours of sleep last night and woke up feeling much better this morning. Still not the greatest, but I don't feel like I'm coming down with the flu anymore. Let's hope it just gets better from here.

Unfortunately I didn't have the greatest day today. I stumbled a bit tonight in that I had some snacks this evening. There was some cake and chocolates in the house and I just couldn't resist them while watching TV. I was however able to stop before cleaning out the box of chocolates... which is a bit of a victory (hey... I'll take what I can get). Here's hoping for a better day tomorrow.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K nut bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Lasagna (3 peices... 1 peice too many)
- Garlic bread
- Milk



Evening Snack:
- Coffee cake
- Chocolate carmel nut clusters (X5)
- Coffee
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None
