Day 220 - Another good day

Back to back good days is a great way to start off the week. Today's food was good yet again and this evening's snacking was purely in liquid form... stayed away from anything too bad for me.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Begal with lite cream cheese
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Chicken sloppy Joe (X2)
- Milk



Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Diet coke
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
