Day 233 - Decent start to the week

I had a pretty good day today food wise. I did have a couple chips tonight while watching TV, however, there were very few left so I don't think I took in too many calories. Other than that, I had some good meals with decent portion sizes... so I think I'm off to a good start this week.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Pineapple
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Meatball kababs (w/ peppers & pineapple)
- Rice
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Chips (just a few chips)
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None
