Day 214 - Yet another good day

I had a pretty good day today. Not exactly stellar, but decent all the same. I did have a pastry at lunch and pizza for dinner, but I kept my portion sizes reasonable and didn't really snack tonight. So I'd say today was an acceptable day when all added up.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Mixed fruit (melon, cantaloup & pineapple)
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Bear claw pastry
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Frozen pizza (3 1/2 small slices)
- Diet coke
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Hot chocolate
- Water



Workout:
- None
