The crazy halloween weekend did a number on my Monday weigh in. The scale read 263.2 this morning. I had expected a gain, but I'm continually surprised at how quickly I can gain weight when I don't focus on eating good foods. That's a gain of 5 pounds after doing OK throughout the week last week. I'm learning more and more that I'm going to have to stay on top of my weight issue for the rest of my life, otherwise, I'll balloon back up to well over 300.
Well, now the task is to get that 5 pounds back off. Here we go.
