Day 222 - Still going strong

Another good day today. This has been my best week in quite a while. Today was another good day with respect to food. Still eating good, with good portion sizes and limited snacking in the evenings. Hopefully I can keep this going through the upcoming weekend.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Sausage/Pasta/Vegetable soup
- Ham steak
- Rice
- Cheese biscuit (X2)



Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Diet coke
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
