Day 212 - Great day today

I had a great Monday. I wish all days could be as great as today was. Food was awesome, great portion sizes and no snacking at all. Everything seemed to fall into place.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Mixed fruit (melon, cantaloup & pineapple)
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Spagetti with meat sauce (small portion)
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Rosemary chicken breast
- Potatoe
- Peas
- Water



Evening Snack:
- None



Workout:
- None
