Days 205 - Great start to the week

I had a really good day today. Had to fight to stay away from my daughters halloween candy, but I did it :-) Some good meals, with good portion sizes and no snacking tonight adds up to a great way to start the week. Lets hope we can keep this going on drop those halloween week pounds.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Mixed fruit (melon, cantaloup & pineapple)
- Cereal with blueberries (small bowl)
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Chili
- Bagette
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Water



Workout:
- None
