Day 219 - Motivated

I guess my loss from this morning's weigh in was a bit of a motivation because I had a great day today. Food was good, portions were under control and no snacking tonight. I really felt like it was a great day... if only they could all be so good :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K nut bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Lasagna
- Roll (X3)
- Water
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Scotch



Workout:
- None
