Day 216 - Some good, some bad

Today wasn't great food-wise. I was out to lunch with some co-workers today and we hit up the new Taco Bell in town. Obviously it was a high calorie lunch. However, I did manage to burn some of those calories off tonight as I got out for an hour of hockey this evening. So, we had a high and a low today... definitely could have been worse :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Mixed fruit (melon, cantaloup & pineapple)
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Chicken Burrito
- Beef Gordita
- Fries Supreme
- Diet coke



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Pasta with tomato sauce
- Roll (X2)
- Milk
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water



Workout:
- Hour of hockey

  1. Still sounds like a decent day, even with the Taco Bell. I imagine that an hour of hockey is a good workout. Always moving. Have a good weekend.
