Day 213 - Good day today

I followed up a great Monday with a pretty good Tuesday. Can't complain about today as my food was pretty good again today. Now, if I can just stay away from those snacks for the rest of the week, we should have a good weigh in next week.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Mixed fruit (melon, cantaloup & pineapple)
- Cereal with blueberries
- Begal with cream cheese (1/2)
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Rosemary chicken
- Potatoe
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Begal with cream cheese



Supper:
- Salsa chicken breast
- Rice
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Coffee



Workout:
- None
