Day 93 - Good food, great workout

My food today was really good all day. I BBQed some hamburgers tonight and I was able to hold back a bit and only have one burger. Very proud of that :-) I also got a great workout in tonight as I was out in the yard doing some intense yard work for about 2 hours. Digging and lugging rocks around definitely works up a sweat. All in all, a really great day in the weight loss department.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- 1/2 Grapefruit
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Hamburger
- Cheese risotto
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Diet coke
- Hard candies (X1)



Workout:
- 2 hours of yard work... great workout
