Day 84 - Still no treadmill, but lots of exercise

I didn't get on the treadmill today like I planned, however, I did get outside for almost 3 hours of yard work. I was a sweaty mess when I came in, so I think it was a pretty good substitute for an actual workout. I also had a pretty good day food wise, so I'm going to call today a success as I typically have trouble with weekend days.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Ham & cheese sandwich
- Yogurt with berries
- Coffee
- 1/2 small chocolate ice cream



Afternoon snack:
- None



Supper:
- Pulled chicken thigh
- Rice
- Corn
- Beer



Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X3)
- Water



Workout:
- Yard work
