Not too surprising, but I had a gain this week. I'm back up to 276, which is a gain of 1.2 pounds. I was hoping to break the 40 pounds lost mark this week, but with my struggles over the past few days, I'm not at all shocked that that didn't happen.
Well, today's a whole new week. Time to get back on track. In the past I would have just given up now and thrown away all my past success. But I'm going to make a conscious effort not to do that this time around. I'm trying to make a life-long change, not go on a 3 month diet... so it's back on track today.
