Today wasn't really a great day. My eating was just OK and I didn't get a workout in. We had a 40th anniversary party for my parents tonight, so my dinner was at a pot luck supper. Of course there were lots of different salads and sweets. I think I did a pretty good job of controlling the temptations, but there were definitely a few calories in that dinner.
Here's how today broke down:
Breakfast:
- Cereal with Blueberries
- Orange juice
Lunch:
- Pasta with meat sauce
- Yogurt cup
- Special K bar
- Water
Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup
Supper:
- Pot luck dinner plate (only 1 plate)
- Cake (2 small peices)
- Fruit punch
- Coffee
Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X1)
Workout:
- none
Well I say celebrate the ONE plate! :) I know I have a hard time limiting myself at potluck parties- so congrats! Happy 40th to your parents! :)
