Day 89 - OK food day, but restaurant dinner

Today went pretty smooth in terms of food, but with the heat wave going on here nobody felt like making dinner at supper time. So we ordered in. I tried to make some decent choices, but I'm sure my dinner was well above my normal calorie intake. There's really not a whole lot to choose from when you're going over a menu and trying to eliminate the high fat, high calorie foods. Even a lot of the things that I would have thought would be good were very high calorie (such as a 1200 calorie salad).

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Chicken Parmesean
- Garlic mashed potatoe
- Garlic break
- Ceasar salad
- Tai chicken bites (1/2 appitizer)
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X2)
- Water



Workout:
- None
