Day 87 - Food was just OK today

Not a great day today food wise. I had a dessert again tonight and I also had a couple drinks, which add onto the calorie count. I also didn't get a workout in and I was half thinking about starting a strength training program this week... perhaps I'll get started later in the week. All in all, not a great day... tomorrow's a whole new one however. :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- 1/2 grapefruit
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Hamburger w/ cheese (X2)
- Beer
- Coffee
- cinnamon bun



Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X3)
- Scotch
- Water



Workout:
- None

  1. You menu did seem that bad...I think if you had gotten the workout in, your day would have been pretty good.
