Day 86 - Terrible run tonight... but a run none-the-less

I jumped on the treadmill tonight at 10:30. I thought that would have given my dinner enough time to digest. Unfortunately I was wrong. About 10 minutes in, I got the worst stitches ever. I had to stop jogging and just continue with a walk. I cranked up the incline and finished off a 2.5 mile walk/jog. Not my greatest exercise outting, but at least I got something in. I'm definitely going to have to try and get my exercise in before dinner from now on.

My food was pretty good today. No snacking, good portions and healthy options made today a success in that department. I did have a cinnomin roll tonight, but I figure a little dessert on occasion is far from the worst thing I can do.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Banana
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Penne with meat sauce
- Chocolate milk
- Coffee
- cinnamon bun



Evening Snack:
- Hard candies (X2)
- Water



Workout:
- 2.5 mile walk/jog

  1. I cant walk after I eat- I get bad pains too. Live & learn right? lol

    Good job on the food journal, but I see your not much of a veggie guy huh? lol :)
