Day 101 - Great day with a NSV

Today was a great day. Good food all day and I finally got a workout in. I spent a few hours tonight doing some more yard work. I swear I get a better workout moving dirt around than I do on the treadmill. :-) I also had a great non-scale victory today. My pants were starting to droop a bit, so I had to move my belt in another notch. Isn't it funny that the small victories tend to seem so big. That should keep me motivated for a while :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Melon
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones flatbread
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Medaglioni with butter & cheese
- Garlic cheese bread
- Corn
- Milk
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X2)



Workout:
- 2 hours of yard work (moving rocks and dirt around)

  1. Great Job William. I do agree with you that yardwork is a better workout then being in the gym or on the treadmill. It's also a better sense of accomplishment AND you get a tan! ;)
