Days 201 - Good day today

I had a pretty good day today with decent meals and good portion sizes. I did have a dessert with dinner tonight, but there was no snacking tonight, so I'll consider today a victory :-)

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Baked granola square



Supper:
- Brown rice
- Pork chop
- Beer (X2)
- Coffee
- Frozen yogurt



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None
