Day 177 - Great day today

I had a really good day today. Food was bang on... good meals, with good portion control and no snacking tonight. I wish all days could be this good.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- BBQed steak
- Corn
- Potatoes
- Water
- Pudding cup
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Hard candy (X1)



Workout:
- None
