Day 187 - Another good day today

I had another good day today even though I was out to a restaurant for lunch. I was able to keep the meals good all day and minimal food intake tonight. All in all, I call that a successful day.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Chicken breast club
- French fries
- Beer
- Coffee



Afternoon snack:
- Banana



Supper:
- Lasagna
- Garlic cheese bread
- Beer
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke
- Scotch



Workout:
- None
