Day 174 - OK day, rough night

I had an alright day in the food department today, however, I struggled a bit this evening. We had a frozen pizza for dinner and I have a little too much. Then I had some ice cream while watching TV tonight... definitely not the best snack choice.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Lasagna
- Garlic bread
- Ceasar salad
- Chocolate milk



Afternoon snack:
- Apple



Supper:
- Frozen pizza (5 slices)
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Scotch
- Diet coke
- Mocha fudge ice cream
- Drumstick ice cream



Workout:
- None
