Days 195 - Another great day

Back to back... another great day today. Good food, no snacking and I even got a great workout in tonight. All in all, a great way to wrap up the work week. Now to see if I can stay on track over the weekend.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal (small bowl)
- Fruit, yogurt & granola bowl
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Begal with cream cheese
- Chicken gumbo soup
- Crackers
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- None



Workout:
- 1 hour of hockey
