Days 198 - Darn those portion sizes

Today was a pretty good day, with the exception of eating too much at dinner tonight. I've got to remember to keep a close eye on those portion sizes as I ate a bit too much at dinner tonight. Other than that, it was a pretty good start to the week.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Begal with cream cheese
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Pizza (2 slices)
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Pulled beef slider (X3)
- Cheeseburger with fried onions
- Fries
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke
- Scotch



Workout:
- None
