Day 180 - Pretty good day

Starting to come out of my funk a bit I think. I had a pretty good day today food wise, including no snacking tonight. Staying aware of my tendancy to emotional eat is going to be key to my success moving forward. Today was a victory... now bring on tomorrow.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Ham steak
- Rice with cranberries & pistachos
- Water
- Pudding cup
- Coffee



Evening Snack:
- Water
- Diet coke
- Hard candy (X1)



Workout:
- None
