Days 196 - Some good, some bad

Today wasn't a fabulous day in the food department. I did have a few sweets today and a dessert at lunch. However, I also got out for a few hours of hunting this morning. So a couple of hours walking in the woods was a little bit of exercise. So, got some exercise and had some sweets... guess that balances out to make today just an OK day.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Smart Ones breakfast sandwhich
- Fruit, yogurt & granola bowl
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Pulled pork mini rolls (X3)
- Ceasar salad
- Lamp stew
- Beer
- Diet coke
- Carrot cake



Afternoon snack:
- Fudge (too many pieces) :-(



Supper:
- Lasagna
- Garlic bread
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Scotch



Workout:
- A few hours of walking through the woods hunting

  1. It's hard to resist fudge, lasagna and garlic bread, but a good aggressive day of walking can certainly help. Have a good week.
