Days 200 - Snacked tonight... sigh

Today went alright throughout the day, however, I did snack a bit tonight. There were some chips out and about this evening and I faltered. And unfortunately, after I start digging in I seem to just throw caution to the wind and dive right in. So I'm sure I had way too many calories.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Begal with cream cheese
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt cup
- Apple



Supper:
- Penne with meat sauce
- Garlic bread
- Milk
- Coffee
- Pudding cup



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke (X2)
- Chips (1/2 large bag)



Workout:
- None
