Day 188 - Great way to wrap up the work week

I started out the day a little rough as I picked up some breakfast at a restaurant. However, from there the day was great. I even got an hour of exercise in tonight as it was my first ice time of the year.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Sausage breakfast sandwich on a cheese begal
- Fruit yogurt cup
- Bear claw
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Granola bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Turkey soup
- Garlic cheese bread
- Water



Evening Snack:
- Water



Workout:
- 1 hour of hockey
