Days 192 - Wish I double didn't

Rought night tonight. With all the advertising that's been going on for the KFC double down coming to Canada, I just had to check it out. So I ended up having one for dinner and it was a huge dissappointment. It's not very tasty and it's difficult to eat. figured my meal was blown already, so I decided to have a dessert too. I got a pumpkin pie blizzard from DQ as I was told by a co-worker that it was his favorite blizzard. Again, that was a bust. I thought it tasted like cold pumpkin puree... not my idea of a good dessert. So... bottom line... I blew my diet and it was all for nothing... booooo.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Orange
- Yogurt cup
- Granola bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Banana



Supper:
- Double down chicken sandwich
- Fries
- Apple pie
- Diet coke
- Pumpkin pie blizzard (1/2)



Evening Snack:
- Sunflower seeds
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None

  2. I stopped looking at the TV during commercials. Yes, I can give in easily too! lol Most nights my BF watches Food Network after I go to bed. I BAN that channel when I am awake because I see greasy YUMMY food that I know I should not have. But ya know what, I feel better that I do not eat those foods. I think sometimes you need to go out and eat them to realize this. Maybe this was that time for you? Hang in there!
