Day 186 - Good days back to back

Today was another good day. I had decent meals today, portions were good and snacking was minimal. I've been keeping busy around the house in the evening and avoiding the snacking is a lot easier when you're doing something other than watching TV.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Pumpkin pie tarts (X2)
- Smart Ones frozen dinner
- Yogurt cup
- Orange
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Turkey Stew
- Mashed potatoes
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke
- Hot chocolate



Workout:
- None
