Day 185 - Getting back on track

I had a decent day today. I've eaten up just about all our leftovers, so the desserts are out of the house now and it should be a bit easier. But even with a dessert tonight I think I had a pretty good day food wise.

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee



Lunch:
- Turkey
- Mashed potatoes
- Yogurt cup
- Special K mocha bar
- Water



Afternoon snack:
- Apple
- Yogurt cup



Supper:
- Turkey
- Mashed potatoes
- Pumpkin pie with whipped cream
- Diet coke



Evening Snack:
- Diet coke



Workout:
- None
