Day 14 - Not too shabby

Had a pretty good day today. Ate reasonable meals, didn't snack too much and got in a leg workout tonight. All in all not too bad. I gotta try to get back on that treadmill though... cardio is so important, but I usually try to avoid it :-(

Here's how today broke down:


Breakfast:
- Everything Begal with lite cream cheese
- Cereal with blueberries
- Orange juice
- Coffee (X2)



Lunch:
- Pepperoni pita pizza (X2)
- Chocolate Milk



Afternoon snack:
- Yogurt with berries



Supper:
- Spagetti with meat sauce
- Chocolate milk



Evening Snack:
- 5 hard candies
- Jello pudding cup
- Diet Coke



Workout:
- leg workout (squats, lunges & calf raises)
